We are a recognized leader in the study of the problems created by legacy sediments and in remediation through our unique approach to stream corridor and floodplain restoration.  We are at the forefront of working with local, state, and federal agencies in helping develop ordinances and protocols regarding watershed, stream, and floodplain restoration, stormwater management, and groundwater recharge issues.

LandStudies is bringing innovation to the field of regional and municipal water resource planning.  We also specialize in designing, building, and restoring ecologically based, alternative stormwater management facilities, wetlands, and pond systems; hydrologic and hydraulic studies and geomorphic assessments for the Maryland State Highway Administration; and environmentally sensitive, low-maintenance landscaping with residential, commercial, and restoration applications.
